Note regarding the Saturday Evening ‘Family Movie Night’

On Saturday evening, our programme will include a Family Movie Night. We would like families to choose their own Superhero film to watch from whatever sources you have available to you: DVD, Netflix, Prime Video, etc…

There will be a follow-up activity for you all to get involved in too. If you don’t have access to a suitable film, please let Lucy or Helen know and we will do our best to help.

Why we need this information and your consent

We need your child’s details to register them for the camp and allocate them to the correct groups.

We need your contact information to communicate with you about the Virtual Camp and to provide you with details of the camp in 2022.

We will deliver a ‘Camp Kit Box’ to your home address prior to the camp weekend.

We have asked about allergies because we will be supplying ingredients for a baking activity.

Some of the activities are over a Zoom call – we will provide the details to your email address

We would like to record some images and video from the weekend to play back to the children as part of the event and also to share with the church in our ‘report from camp’ slot in the Sunday Service the following weekend. Our services are Livestreamed on YouTube so this content will be shown in our publicly available livestream recording.
