We are really blessed to have a good number of children and teenagers in the fellowship.  Youth work is therefore a really important part of the work of the church.  Our youth work is as follows:

Sunday Youth

We have activities on Sunday mornings for young people:

  • Kids-Zone is on Sunday at 11:00am-12:20am, for 3 years of age – School Year 6
  • Youth-Zone is on Sunday at 11:00am-12:20am, for School Year 7 – Year 9
  • Youth-Zone 2 is on Wednesday at 18:30am-20:00am, for School Year 10-13

Sunday Groups
Our Sunday youth groups provide an opportunity for children and young people to learn more about the Bible with young people of their age. Children’s and Youth groups are provided in two age groups: KidZone for school years 2-6 and YouthZone for school years 7-9. Learn more about these groups here.

Each year Street Baptist Church hold two camps - one for the teenagers and one for the children of the church. They are each a long weekend filled with fun, activity and also teaching from the Bible and a real challenge to faith in Jesus and to ongoing walk with Jesus. Find out more here.

Each year we have about 100 children from Street and the surrounding area come to our Holiday Bible Club. We run a varied programme of activities, games, competitions, stories and songs, all around a theme for the year. Find out more here.

Child Protection
