Church Night

Church night is a whole church meeting once per month on the last Tuesday of the month (or twice in months where there are five Tuesdays in the month).

Church night is an opportunity for the whole fellowship to come together and worship God.  We usually start with praise in singing and prayer, and then gather around God's word for 30 to 40 minutes.

As we consider God's word we long that God will speak to us so that as we move into prayer we come to Him in confession and seek His work in our life and the life of the fellowship.

We then spend 30 minutes in prayer for the needs of the fellowship, in praise of God, and in thankfulness for all God is doing.  This time of prayer is divided into various periods, as God leads, and is predominately an open time of prayer where anyone may lead us in prayer.  We sometimes divide into smaller groups to pray for one another.  We usually end our time in praise, and then meet informally around a cup of tea or coffee.

This meeting is a really key meeting in the life of the fellowship, and we encourage all who are able to attend it.  We usually have 30-40 people at this meeting.
