Jesus called us to ‘Go into all the world’ so that the great news of the Gospel would reach every people group.  Being involved in this great work is to see God fulfil that great day when people of every nation, tribe and tongue will worship Jesus before His throne!  It’s exciting, amazing, awesome work!

SBC’s vision is that all those in SBC would be involved in the ‘Sowing’ of the gospel, both personally here at home and by short-term mission, and globally by financial and prayer support and interest in God’s people who have gone abroad in His service.  Our desire is to be a ‘sending church’ – active in training up and sending people into the world for Him.

We actively support many workers and missionaries.  These pages provide links to some of them.  Others are working in difficult situations and it wouldn’t be appropriate to endanger them by publishing their details.  For these people we provide anonymous sketch outlines only.  We trust that these pages will enable those within SBC to pray and support each of these people daily.
