Home Groups

Our Home Groups are an essential element of the teaching and care of the fellowship, and we strongly encourage every adult in the fellowship to attend a home group.  It is here where we get to know one another in a deeper way, encourage one another in the faith, and seek to build each other up as we study God's word together.  The prayer time that accompanies the studies is vital in our care for one another and in applying what we have learnt to our lives.

About Home Groups

Small Groups are one of the most important ways of deepening relationships and providing a place for mutual care and encouragement.

A Small Group usually has 10 - 15 people, who meet together once a week in someone's home or in the Church Hall for Bible study and prayer.  Every group is different, but the aim is always to encourage and support one another, to develop fellowship within the church and to deepen in our knowledge and love of God.

This book of the Bible was written by Luke to Theophilus, probably an influential early believer, as an extension to the teaching Luke had provided on Jesus' life in the Gospel of Luke.  It details the work of the Spirit in the early church - establishing it and fulfilling the command of God to reach to "Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the uttermost part of the earth".
