Youth Zone 2

Youth Zone 2 is the bible study group for young people in school years 10-13 (aged 14-18). It meets away from the church building in the Manse, and is a time for these older young people to hang-out and also to get into the Bible in a much deeper way than they will have done before.

The young people join with the main church service at 11.00, staying in to worship as a body of believers until 11.30.  They then leave and walk to the Manse, where they start their time with chat around a cup of tea or coffee and lots of chocolate biscuits!

Soon they are called together and gather in the front room for a Bible Study, which will often be accompanied by a video to introduce the topic.  Every few years the group go through the youth version of Christianity Explored, and in between they cover many topics and book studies that not only explore what it means to be a Christian, but also how the Lordship of Jesus applies in their school/college life, to relationships, to careers, to their emotions and aspirations, and to their home life.
